It is the policy of Maurice Keiser Photography to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of any personal information, such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number that you provide to us. Because your privacy is important to us, we maintain this website privacy policy to protect your personal information. By using this site, you consent to the terms of this website privacy policy. We do not collect, use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than those identified below, except with your consent or as required by law.
     

  3. Each time you visit our website www.mauricekeiser.com the web server collects and logs certain information. We keep these access logs for a reasonable period of time. These logs include, but are not restricted to: your computer’s TCP/IP address, your username (if applicable), date, time and files accessed. These logs also contain information about referrer information if you clicked on an external link in order to access a webpage. We use these logs solely for performance, site administration and security reviews. We do not sell or share this information with any third party.

II. Personal Information

  1. We collect only personal information about you, such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number that you voluntarily provide to us. For example, we may receive personal information about you when you fill in our enquiry form or send us an email through our website. We will not forward the personal information you provide to us to any third parties.
     

  2. We do not sell any personal information we receive through our website to any third party, nor will we add such information to any bulk email list we may prepare.
     

  3. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

III. Contact forms

  1. When using my contact form I collect the following information which is directly provided by the user, their name, email address , telephone number, and details about their wedding day including the date and location. The information provided is only used to reply or for direct contact with the user. This information is never passed onto to any third-party services or sold.


IV. Embedded content from other websites

  1. Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
     

  2. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

V. How long we retain your data

  1. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
     

  2. For users that register on my website (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

VI. What rights you have over your data

  1. You can request at any time that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

VII. Google Analytics (Google Inc.)

  1. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

  1. Our website may contain links to other websites provided by third parties not under our control. When following a link and providing information to third-party website, please be aware that we we are not responsible for the data provided to that third-party. This Privacy Policy only applies to the websites listed at the beginging of this document, so when you visit other websites, even when you click on a link posted on mauricekeiser.com you should read their own privacy policies.

  1. Although most changes are likely to be minor, I may change my Privacy Policy from time to time, at my sole discretion.
